La Pipistrelle Hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the town centre and beautiful views of the Grund area. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, making you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail and all amenities for a relaxing stay.

No issues to report, everything was great.

The venue was in a central location adjacent to the business district in Kirchberg or the buses that run there, the valley in front of the river and nearby many dining alternatives and bars, and very good restaurants. The staff was supper friendly, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Amazing and incredible location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cathedrale Notre-Dame. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, television and a mini fridge bar in the room. Clean bathroom and delightful view.

Great location near the old town and elevator. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the atmosphere and the way the building is built into the hillside.

Steep spiral staircases to top floor rooms can be strenuous, especially with luggage. Open plan bathroom with no separate shower lacks privacy.

The staff were very amiable and extremely helpful and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. Exceptionally nice location for visiting bars and restaurants close to the hotel. There was a valley and gardens close to the place. A michelin star rated restaurant was LOVELY. The private parking was nearby, excellent service. I spent a real good time here, would recomand to anyone.

The weather was warm sunny, had excellent stay for the wonderful service and experience. The hotel's location was awesome, very close to Luxembourg- downtown in the old centre right near the lift to the uptown, the center of town and valley. Luckily it was close to Cafe Greco, had pastries there when it was hot outside.

Overall beautiful old and extremely comfy hotel, I didn't want to say goodbye.

Lovely room with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The location is superb, with a fairy tale-like building and a charming spiral staircase. The homemade yogurt and cooked-to-order eggs for breakfast were a delight. I highly recommend this hotel for a sweet and relaxing stay.

It's a beautifully decorated hotel altogether, the service is great! Very amiable people are working. The rooms are a decent size and stylish and they have a mini-bar, central heating and multi-channel TV. The location is fantastic, not far from Luxembourg, in the centre of the city, a very good English pub, and restaurants - couldn't be better.

Overall good old and modern hotel, I did not want to leave.

The room was functional and romantic with a shower and bath sheets in the open bathroom. The bed seemed good and it was clean all around. The location of the hotel was excellent and unbeatable - not very far from The Grund.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms, including a lovely king bed and cozy sheets. The attention to detail is evident with amenities like a Nespresso machine in the room. The location is ideal, next to a café on the bridge leading to the Grund in the old town.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

We highly recommend this hotel because it offers excellent service and is in a great location.
